Terms & Conditions
Orders
All orders must be placed a minimum of 4 days in advance.
A confirmed order is required to secure your booking.
Portion & Guest Numbers
The number of pâtisseries will depend on the number of guests.
Each guest will receive 1 of each pâtisserie (5 pâtisseries per guest).
Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be deducted from the full payment.
Full payment must be received no later than the day of the event.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Cancellations
Cancellations are non-refundable.
Delivery
Pâtisseries will be delivered in disposable tray containers, ready to serve.
Please note: we do not provide table setup, buffet arrangement, or serving staff.
Delivery is available within London area . Delivery outside London fees may apply.
Allergens & Dietary Information
Our pâtisseries contain allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
Liability
Once products are delivered, we are not responsible for any damage or spoilage due to mishandling or incorrect storage.
